"Only secure content is displayed" Message"

When viewing records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Internet Explorer is displaying messages of the form "Only secure content is displayed".

In the organization that I investigated, the web binding for the CRM website was changed from http to https after installation. However, the setting for the HelpServerUrl field in the MSCRM_CONFIG database still had the old binding information.
